How to measure
To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:
Chest: Measure pit to pit around the body, place the tape close under the arms and make sure the tape is flat across the crest.
Front: Measure from the bottom of the neck to waist, make sure the tape is flat down your body.
Sleeve: Measure from the underarm seam to wrist, hold your arm out & make sure the tape is flat down your arm.
