I have received a faulty/damaged/defected item
In the event you have received a defective item, or if your parcel has been damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately with the following information:
- Order Number
- Which item is damaged
- A description
- Photographic evidence
- All claims for damaged parcels must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Unless proof of damage has been verified by Lenihan Sports, we cannot action a refund or replacement.
Once we’ve received the above information, we will work quickly to ensure the problem is rectified ASAP.
Please notify us before returning any damaged goods.
I have received the wrong item
In the unlikely event you receive a wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information:
- Order number
- Name of the wrong item you received and name of the correct item you should have received
- A photograph of the item you received
- Once we have received the above information, we will work quickly to ensure the correct item gets to you ASAP.
Unless proof that you received the incorrect item has been verified, we cannot begin to take the steps needed to rectify the problem.
You may be required to return the incorrect item, we will advise you how to return the item.

I’ve placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email
After completing the payment process you should receive an order confirmation email. Generally, this is due to an incorrect email address or the email may have gone to the spam or promotional inbox. Please check all your inboxes.
If you have entered the correct email address but did not receive a confirmation email please contact us so we can try to locate your order. We will need your full name and delivery address to find your order
